These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vitalis Luxe Spa website and your booking and use of our services, provided by Vitalis Luxe Spa, also known as Antochi LLC. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Vitalis Luxe Spa provides esthetic and skincare services performed by a licensed esthetician. Our services are cosmetic in nature. They are not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace advice from a physician or dermatologist. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
2. Booking Appointments
You can book online through our booking system or by contacting us directly. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details current so we can send confirmations and reminders.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We reserve appointment time especially for you, so we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, and missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.
- Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to your treatment, and may be forfeited for a late cancellation or no-show.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen, and we consider them with care. Please contact us as early as possible.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. To respect other clients, your service may be shortened, and the full price of the booked service may still apply.
5. Health, Contraindications, and Right to Refuse Service
For your safety, you agree to disclose relevant health information before treatment, including medications, pregnancy, allergies, recent procedures, and skin conditions. Some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions, and a patch test may be required. We may decline, modify, or stop a treatment when we believe it is in the interest of your safety or wellbeing.
6. Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person and depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Many treatments are most effective as part of a series or an ongoing plan.
7. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged, and is processed through our booking and payment provider. Prices are subject to change.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for our services and do not expire. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
9. Promotions and New Client Offers
Promotions and new client offers are subject to their stated terms. Unless we state otherwise, offers are limited to one per client and cannot be combined with other offers.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitalis Luxe Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
